• contact me via discord along with your reference pictures and motifs/themes you want reflected in your design

• we'll have a little discussion about the vision you had in mind to best bring your vtuber to life :D

• i will let you know if i have the confidence to be the one to best fulfill your request.• if i accept your commission, you will have to send 100% of the total payment through ko-fi before i begin.

• i will contact you with updates as i work. the sketching stage is where you are encouraged to tell me how you want me to adjust your commission before i make too much progress. after i have started the shading process, i will not accept requests for large revisions without charging a fee.

• once i finish with the commission, i will send you a google drive link with the completed .moc3 and .json files. i also cordially request that you credit me as the artist and rigger! it is highly appreciated ♡

• prices are subject to change based on complexity of requests
• artist reserves the right to reject or refund any order for any reason.
• payment accepted through ko-fi or paypal
• payment accepted 100% upfront, or 50% down payment and 50% after completion
• do not send payment before i have accepted your order

• the time it takes to finish your commission under normal circumstances should be within 1 month.• eta for completion is subject to change based on factors such as health, workload, emergencies, and technical issues. I will communicate with you if i anticipate extenuating circumstances delaying the completion of the commission.• once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image via google drive link. note that there is no physical product.• artist will not accommodate major revisions without charge. please ensure all the changes you need done is communicated before i start the outlining and coloring process.- copyright and usage • the artist retains all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.• i will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client) breach my terms of service.• you may upload the commissioned artwork if you provide credit to the artist.• you may not make profits from the commissioned pieces (reselling, redistributing, uploading to pod-services, make prints, sell merch, etc)• you may not sell the artwork• you, the client, retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)• you may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without permission• the following is considered copyright infringement: reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially, selling the artwork, claiming the artwork as your own, claiming the artwork as if you drew it, and/or altering the artwork without artist consent.-cancellation & refund policy• the client is not allowed a refund if i have already started on the commission.• if for any reason i am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.• if you cancel your order before i start, you can get a full refund.• if you are getting a refund, do not request a chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.• please do not request a chargeback. if you request an unauthorized chargeback at any point, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and i will have the full right to profit further from it in any way.
